Well this is my weight loss thus far...

Starting back on Atkins Induction today...

Feb 14, 2011 - Hit the 50+ lost mark!



Short term goal:
Down to 155 by March 17.

Long term goal:
Down to 130 by May 17.

REAL long term: (okay if I meet it...)
Down to 120 by July 17
