I was feeling pretty crummy today. My six-year-old asked if I was pregnant because my belly always looks "pushed out"! Kids! This same wonderful blessing then qualified that by saying that maybe it was pushed out because the food I eat is too big
Anyhow, to put things in perspective I put a small collage together to document my weight loss after my mother reminded me how long I had come. Long story short, it has been a struggle. The last few months have been very frustrating because the scale isn't moving as quickly as it was when I was heavier.
It is odd to say that I've lost 79 pounds! My next mini-goal is getting down to 224 (19% Body Fat); hopefully by March!
The big part is going to be getting rid of the saddlebags!! I made it this far without incorporating any exercise into my routine (diet only), so when I plateaued I realized exercise would help, it's going well so far!!!
