You look absolutely AMAZING! Do you recall your weight when you started doing 30DS? I've watched a couple of youtube clips and they put the fear of god in me Between my weight and my absolute lack of coordination, it won't be pretty
When I first started using 30DS I was around 230lbs.
Thank you... I think I will pick up JM 30DS and Yoga when I hit 199 - I am horrible at needing instant gratification so maybe that will encourage me to shed the next few lbs a little faster.
You are amazing! I remember reading your other threads on why you had gained weight and to see you transform like this is just such an inspiration mentally and physically. Well done girl, you are BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you Angie! I know! I've been keeping track of my weight here at home, writing it down, but haven't gotten around to posting on the daily weigh-in. Last month I did really well - 8lbs lost. I wasn't able to weigh today and I probably wont tomorrow due to my work schedule.
