thank you guys, i really appreciate it! how was everyone's christmas/new years? mine was great, except i didnt stick to my diet. i am ready though, tomorrow, for a new week and to get right back on schedule. my plan, i am on hydroxycut max, i have to say, this is a wonder pill. the only thing is, you MUST eat after you take the pill. otherwise, be ready to be hovering over the toilet. i take two pills before bfast, and two pills before dinner. also, i dont eat very much.. in the morning i have a bowl of cereal, with milk. and i snack on saltine crackers, or celery and salsa during the day. when dinner rolls around, i have cambells 120cal. chicken, with rice soup. ill have a weight watchers, and a salad. i work out for a half hour at the womens gym curves, mon-thurs. and fri-sunday i do a wii fit program with jillian michaels. to me, my weight loss shows no where! i do see it in the pictures, but when i go back to the mirror and look at my belly, and my legs, im just like ....where did i lose weight? thank you all for your replys =) it makes me feel great.
by the way, did anyone see that mtv show 'i use to be fat'? this girl gabby lost 30 pounds a month!!! it took her 3months to loose 90 pounds.. is it me, or is that so not healthy? that tv show made me feel horrible about myself! i now feel like i need to start working 10x harder because if she could do it, i can too. my weight loss is usually 4-6 pounds a month. not even.. sometimes more, but then ill go up again, and go back down.
the show is on wednesdays at 10, please watch it! how is their weight loss so quick??
