Onderland Thanks for being there.


Here is the infamous Facebook picture that got this all started. Me and my husband at a barbecue at the beginning of May.


This is about a month later after losing 14 lbs.


Here I am on vaca (thats my daughter back there with the pink hair) I had lost about 45lbs here. *we were at MagiQuest. Dont judge, it was super fun!


And this is the newest! Down 73lbs and ready to hit a new low!


Thanks for letting me share. I really feel ready to do this thing for the long haul. <3

You look FANTASTIC! Such an inspiration to me personally because we started out at around the same height/weight. I have been looking for an idea of what I am going to look like further down the road.

Thank you a lot!

I thought for a minute that Id ruined it all over Thanksgiving but then I remembered. Oh yeah, if I really WANT the weight gone I know HOW to do it so just do it already!

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.
