This is me in August 2010, 2 weeks before starting IP and again in November2010, at my half-way point with 40 lbs gone. The last picture is me in December 2010 with 55lbs gone.

I notice a difference, your stomach is more flat, your arms are smaller and less bumpy. you have a much more balanced Top and Bottom. Great job!
