IP is a miracle - it's amazing how far I let myself go before finally doing something about it. Nothing has worked for me the way that IP does! I don't even think about the food anymore. It's become a habit.

I see my mom for the first time in 3 months for Christmas - I just hope she notices. If she doesn't, I think I'll cry. Not that I'm doing it for her. ;-)

I'm not on a workout plan - I am doing Ideal Protein (low carbs, moderate protein, low fat) - I like to refer to it as healthy Atkins. :-) You can find our forum here

Thanks Carla! I thought the cage picture was extremely appropriate too - it was taken 2 weeks before I started IP. It was this picture that I realized that I really had a problem - I thought those were my skinny jeans! I had no idea until I looked at that and saw the tire around my waist... The last picture is now more than a month old. I'll post a new one after Christmas!
