Excuse the last four photos. They were taken right after I woke up.
I wish I would of taken better before pictures and even though they are embarrassing considering how my shirt was lifted too much, I didn't take any others before the weight loss and I wanted to share them with you guys to show you the difference. The access skin rolls under my arms have shrank.
My love handles are shrinking. My neck is getting smaller and my collar bone is become more and more defined. It's exciting seeing the difference in my body as time progresses.
Also I have dropped from a size 18 in pants to a 14 and dropped from XL to Medium in shirts.

240 to 190 and still going strong!
