Default down 30 lbs - with pictures :)
as of this morning, i'm down another 10 lbs for 30 lbs total! it's awesome & i feel amazing it's slow, but steady, and i'm happy with the results so far! a few updated face pictures - before & afters

first picture: around 250 lbs in 2008


second: around 232 in 2009


lastly: current at 202


also - I'VE GOT COLLARBONES! yay
that's a mini-goal if there ever was one

thanks everyone i'm really happy with the changes i've seen so far, and i'll definitely keep it up (if not step it up! it's been a bit on the slow side for the past few months...)
