I am just back from holiday and I ate so much, I really have no willingness to do it without support group. I have put on few pounds in the last 2 weeks but I am already back on low carb and seeing that i really need to make it a lifestyle so i am planning to have a lot more relaxed low carb than before and i am planning on being more active in my every day rather than look for a special occasion of exercise because otherwise it is not going to work.
Well done on achieving this! I found losing weight mentally hard, it is the fact that i am a new body size and i found great comfort being wrapped in a blanked of fat, hiding there... so i have been shocked when i have lost some weight... it is only after a while that i begin to feel good with it.
I am losing weight really slowly, barely 2-3 pounds a month, i don't actually know my body shape and my frame because maybe i am not as large as i think and have an apple body shape, i need to lose weight to see my actual body shape... how sad is that, I do know I have bulky muscles tho so that helps.
