Woo woo!
It's been a **** of a lot of hard work, but in 3 months, I have lost 56 pounds. Good days, bad days, awful workouts, euphoric endorphin rushes, raging cravings, smart food choices...I've been all over. And I'm just under 1/3 of the way to my final goal. But I wouldn't change a thing...except that stall on the scale last week, lol! Each day I'm excited to see my progress. I bought my first 2x shirt today, and was able to wear it comfortably. I think it's cut a little big, but I'll take it! And for me, going to the gym is the hardest thing to do. Once I'm there, I'm ok, but getting to that front door is like climbing Everest. I just tell myself, "ok, Lacie. 15 minutes on the bike. You can do anything for 15 minutes." And once I'm on and warmed up, I find myself hitting my 15 minutes and most of the time staying on twice that. So yeah. I'm pretty freakin' stoked.
