I began losing weight about two years ago. After the birth of my second child, my weight was up to about 235, and I'm only 5'2". I lost 53 lbs in the first year by eating healthier and exercising and got down to 182. I am addicted to spin and free weights! But, as it happens to all women sooner or later, I had some pretty big speedbumps. Details aren't necessary, but I had managed to gain 26 lbs back in the last 6 months and I can't wear any of my clothes and I am devastated. I am back on the right track again, finally, and am down 4 lbs. I thought I would post a pic just so I could see how far I have come, and still yet, how much further I have to go. Losing weight is an uphill battle all the way, but the rewards far outweigh the fight.
