Mickeypnd - The only thing I've been doing is P90X, I want to start running/walking again. When I'm doing the P90X: Ab Ripper X workout, I usually throw in a few planks and other extra ab exercises.

Thank you so much everyone. This morning I weighed in at 177! I'm so surprised!
