I was posting pics, to encourage myself. Well, I was doing really well, and then I backslid a little, but hah! i caught myself. And i have been working my way back down from the 180s again, but I didn't gain it all back! i mean the weight seems TO BE MORE of course, but my body composition didn't revert back to what I was!

So i am actually very encouraged, even though i did gain 10 lbs back, i totally owned the new shape I made for myself. This is a time, I FINALLY caught myself before I backslid too much.

KICKING THE 190S AGAIN! Reached 180s, bounced up again and now am fighting through the 180s October 2011. One POSITIVE note, I am almost at that prepregnancy weight of 183! So excited.
This is from August to late September.
