Thank you ladies...
to answer a few questions
I started my journy in January 2009 and by June had lost 50 pounds... Went on a summer long binge fest and stopped working out gaining only 20 pounds and recommited in September 2009
since then I have been going strong and continued to lose weight... so overall its been about 17 months
As for my program I just count my calories... not cutting out anything really... I have pizza if I want it and so fourth and I do an hour of cardio six days a week and have begun adding weight training
