Smile Jennyplain's 10% - 26 pounds down w/pictures!
Hi everyone,

I hit my 10% goal yesterday - 26 pounds. This is the amount I was recommended to lose after being diagnosed with PCOS on January 13th of this year. However, I am nowhere near done yet!

I wanted to post some progress pics. My avatar gives away my secret - I'm a professional photographer. This means that I work with a bunch of other professionals, who are capable of taking well lit pictures of me whenever I want, lol.

My before shot, however, comes from a video still. We did a video project at work this Christmas, and my horror at seeing how bad I looked then is why I chose it as my 'before'. I started at 267, and I am now at 241.

You look great! I have/ had PCOS I had a hysterectomy but drs say i still have PCOS. Its harder for us to lose weight but we will get there. You are doing great!! Keep it up

Thanks for the kind words, everybody! This has really motivated me to push on and keep working hard. For those of you who also struggle with PCOS, I feel you. I couldn't figure out how to lose weight for a long time, but working with my doctor and a therapist has really given me the push I needed!
