Talking I Have Lost 100 Pounds!
I DID IT ~I HAVE LOST 100 POUNDS! FROM 259.9 To 159.8 & A size 22 More or less to a size 7/8( I do have a pair of size 6's that fit too!)!!!

In 16 months & 1 week I have done it! I have reached a major mini goal of mine to lose 100
How? Counting calories & walking indoors.
I am a new me!!!! I only have 9 more pounds to lose to reach my original goal number of 150~I may go a little under that~Will have to see when I get there.
When I started I looked to these pics in the mini goal albums & goal albums for motivation & inspiration & I sooooooooooo Hope My pics does that for some of you looking in.I am a totally new me! I am Happy & healthier!
When I first started counting calories I sucked at it to be honest~But I never gave up & my first month I lost 13.3 pounds so I was glued! Then I got better & better & better at it! I still have some moments where I suck at it~but the key is Start strong~Stay strong & Never give up!

I WANNA THANK ALL MY FRIENDS ON 3FATCHICKS.COM! Y'all ROCK & I ADORE EACH & EVERYONE OF U!!!! YOUR SUPPORT IS SUCH A BLESSING TO HAVE!

First pic~my before pic~This was took about 2 weeks before I began I weighed in at 259.9! (This was took in Fall of 2008)

Second Pic~Took about 1 week ago!!! Was wearing a dress/leggings & Stretch belt.

Third pic~I was wearing~black skirt/black & white top /Stretch belt/hat & Leather jacket~took also about 1 week ago.~I was making a goofy face~LOL! pay no mind!

fourth pic~Wearing jeans hat/Black top with floral print & hat~with purse took about 4 days ago!


Fifth pic~~LOTS & LOTS OF YELLOW~~I know it is a bit much for some~But I love love love love that outfit!~Yes even with the yellow tights~LOL~I am little chick! (even though My daughter said I reminded her of big bird in it~She is almost 17 ~So I will forgive her!)Besides it is still chilly here in ohio for the moment!!

Congrats! Your starting and goal are similar to mine and it certainly gives me hope! Thank you so very much for posting those pics and also for letting me know that it didn't happen in 20 minutes. Whenever I get frustrated, I will think of you and your journey and remember that just to keep going I can be where you are in time.
