susie~I just walk from room to room~no equipment of any type or dvd's just on my own walking~I walk outdoors when the weather is good. But ususally on my patio back & forth~LOL My neighbors proboly think I am crazy
Rebecca~No blog...I am however usually on about 1400 calories a day~I eat what I want just in smaller portions~I am a big fan of pizza and eat it most everyday....I take a vitamin about 10 times or so a month Prescribed by my doctor . It's no diet pill~Just a vitamin. Which is good if you aint getting all your nutrients of the day~cause somedays I eat better than others as far as types of foods.~hope that little bit of info is helpful!!!
