ubergirl~I am proud of them legs~Lots of hours of walking!! LOL although somedays they look too small! I appreciate you saying they look long cause I feel sooooo short!

Lori!! You made it! I'm so excited for you. I loved seeing all the pictures together. I got on the Arbor Day challenge thread and saw your profile said 159 and I hurried to read all about you making it.

When you say you walk indoors, is that on the treadmill or something like Walk Away the Pounds DVD??

susie~I just walk from room to room~no equipment of any type or dvd's just on my own walking~I walk outdoors when the weather is good. But ususally on my patio back & forth~LOL My neighbors proboly think I am crazy

Rebecca~No blog...I am however usually on about 1400 calories a day~I eat what I want just in smaller portions~I am a big fan of pizza and eat it most everyday....I take a vitamin about 10 times or so a month Prescribed by my doctor . It's no diet pill~Just a vitamin. Which is good if you aint getting all your nutrients of the day~cause somedays I eat better than others as far as types of foods.~hope that little bit of info is helpful!!!
