Default Getting there...slowly but surely
Hey everyone! I've been on this site forever and I never posted pics once. So, now I'm posting some. It's so hard for me to find any full body pics because I never took any. Also, I scanned these and I'm not sure how to fix them. I do apologize. Anyway, the very first picture of me in the black dress (tent). Is my highest weight at 300lbs. The other pictures are around 285lbs or so. I'm not sure exactly. In my head I thought I was just a "little chubby". The last before picture is from when I was pregnant. I was 300lbs then also. (I had lost some weight before getting pregnant without any effort. Basically just moved from Texas to Toronto where I had to walk ALOT.) I was wearing a size 24 and 26 pants.







In October 2008, I stated to take control of my life by going to the gym and eating better. It took half about 8-9 months to lose 75lbs. I then maintained that for several months before a huge emotional upset and childcare problems had me gaining weight again. I was about 10-15lbs up (size 18 pants getting tight!!) and I decided to get back on plan. Now my goal is to lose 50-60lbs more.

This my post recent pic on Jan 22, 2010.


This is me on New Years Eve! Dancing on a podium in Montreal. lol

Now, I'm seeing a personal trainer, recording my food, challenging my food addiction and emotional eaitng, and doing whatever it takes holistically for me to heal, grow, and improve who I am as a person.

By next year I will have reached ALL my weight loss goals and be maintaining.
