46 lb. loss in approx. 7 months on Atkins diet. I was in a size 40" waist jeans at 195 lbs. and am now in size 32" waist jeans. To me, I see a much bigger difference in the mirror than I do in these photos and will try to get better ones.
The before pic is blurry because it's a photo of a photo and I rarely allowed my photo taken at 195 lbs. so very few to choose from.

WOW, there is quite a difference in the pictures - you lost lots of inches too - not only do you look so much thinner but years younger as well - and that beautiful hair! - gorgeous!!
