Well, since September I have lost um...5 lbs. So I decided to take a progress pic from September to December. Suprisingly I noticed alot of changes. mainly my butt and waist. It motivated me to see it. Since I need the encouragement thought I would share! I need to update my main thread too.

yes seagirl! In a way the lack of scale movement is disheartening, but i hear people who are heavier state that nobody noticed when they lost 20 lbs. That is disheartening too.
