Over the past few months I've managed to make some progress on my journey to becoming healthier and looking better
. Last night I decided to take a couple current pictures and when I compared them with my starting ones, I really see a huge difference! I still am not *quite* done... but this is pretty great so far! I'm not sure how much weight I've lost because I don't have a scale at school. However, I've noticed that I have had to buy new jeans a couple different times because they kept becoming too lose
. Anyway, here is my current progress!

I'm not sure how much weight I've lost... That doesn't really matter though! The best thing for me is to start getting back into old clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a very long time.
If anyone is wondering how I lost the weight.... I first started putting in a dedicated effort over the summer and shed around 8 pounds (by going to exercise classes and really watching what I ate). Once started college again my eating habits weren't that great for a little while, but suddenly I began to focus on a lot of different things I was doing and going through at school, and I ended up losing probably another 8 pounds just because food wasn't on my mind at all! In the end I feel I've made a lifestyle change for the first time ever.... This is the first time I've lost weight without being on a diet
. So there you go...
