80 lbs gone...
Hello All. I decided to post my 80 lb weight loss progress pics. Plus I wanted to put one on there when I went out on Friday night.

174 - I will be marginally overweight

WOW - you look fabulous - not only have you lost pounds and lots & lots of inches but years! You are radiant in your "niteout" pic - the transformation is amazing!
Well, those 80 pounds are now history - and you're that much closer to your goal - how great is that?! Thanks so much for sharing these photos - it really is an incentive for those of us at the beginning to see the results of hard work and determination - it's also fun to celebrate this victory with you!

Thank you all. I do feel alot better now and I have alot more energy. I have not been this low for about 7 years. It is amazing that in the beginning of my journey this felt like I was on a diet now it is just a way of living.
