Well today I have past the 50lb lost marker… so to celebrate I thought I’d share some progress pictures!
The first set was at my daughter’s christening on 1st July of this year. This is the day I decided to change my attitude to food and exercise. I’d been feeling rubbish for weeks not being able to find anything to wear for the christening… anyway after seeing the picture’s of myself it was enough to persuade me that something had to change.
In case anybody’s interested this is how I did it. I’m vegetarian and I calorie count (approximately 1200 -1400 cals a day) but I’ve found it’s just all about eating sensibly in moderation. I don’t go to the gym as the gym’s not a possibility with a 10 month old to look after! I have simply tried to keep as active as possible mainly walking and using Wii Fit (just got Wii Fit plus which is awesome!)
Anyway here they are… I’ve gone from 221lbs to 170lbs (15 stone 7lbs to 12 stone 2lbs) UK dress size 22 to a size 16.
Wow 50lbs lost in four months. Not too shabby if I do say so myself!
