Ready2BThinnaSo glad you signed onhere first also.....sorry it took me awhile to answer your post.
I count calories. I Am usually at 1400 daily.
I try to be in the 1300's but normally I am at 1400 daily on an average......Plus I walk 45 minutes 2 x's a day Just indoors~from room to room most days Usually while talking on the phone to pass the time quicker...and I ride an exercise bike 10 minutes 2 x's a day ~but I am off it at the moment do to shoulder pulled and I have only used it about a month into my journey so mainly the walking & the eating 1400 calories is what I do.

go to www.freedieting.com and they have free calorie calcuators on there and it will help you get started if your interested in doing that....STAY STRONG!

I tend to get caught up in the various routes to goal rather than simply choosing a path and taking the journey.

You look INCREDIBLE! I'm so impressed with your determination. Do you have any favorite foods/snacks that make those calories go a long way? For instance, when I want something cold and sweet, I have a stash of frozen grapes in the freezer, at only 60 calories a cup. When I feel an urge to crunch, I eat celery...not super inventive, but it has a bit of a salty flavor on it that helps me a bit. I was just wondering if you have any little tips. I find that the little tips add up to a big loss eventually. Thank you and congrats!!!!
