Default 75 Pounds lost 34 To go~259.9 to 184.4 PICS INSIDE
I HAVE LOST 75 & 1/2 Pounds
I am sooooooooooooooooooo Happy.
I am 34 pounds away from my main goal weight.
I started November 11th. 2008( 9 months & 4 days ago)
I count calories & walk.I Usually walk indoors.
I started out wearing a Very tight 20 In jeans/pants(needed a 22)
& in tops 2X ,3X, & XXL

I Now wear a size 11 in Jeans And they are starting to get loose~I have to wear some of them with a belt~but 10's are still a bit to tight for my liking.
I wear a medium in womens in tops.

My before pic alot of people have seen....But I always post it so those who haven't can compare.

I hope My accomplishments helps to motivate someone today & Inspire those who need it.

I Remember when I saw some peoples tickers On here And before & after pics I would get so jealous and think I am never gonna lose any of this stupid weight~I will be A big Lady forever...But I am doing it...I am catching up to some of them I felt jealous of and even passing up some of them...SO NEVER GIVE UP~I Am just a normal everyday woman~A stay at home house wife & a mother of 3.
I Live out in the country in OHIO and I am Just your average Person.
IF I can do it anyone can~I PROMISE~Just try Everyday~Never give up~Start over daily if you need to until you get it right.START DETERMINED & STAY DETERMINED.
Wish me luck on my last 34 pounds ~I WILL DO THIS~& KEEP IT OFF.

IF anyone needs a weight loss buddy~Message me I am online most days~I will message you back as soon as possible~or If you wanna try calorie counting and have questions feel free to post them on this thread or message me...I will get back to you as soon as possible.

1st Pic is before In brown top~(weighed 259.9)
2nd pic was took about a week ago (weighed about 188)
3rd pic in pink top & jeans was taken today~8-15-09(Weighed 184.4)


JUST ADDED LAST PICTURE:
4th pic took 8-17-09 Weighed 184.4 still ~just was a closer up pic and thought it was easier to compare to the before pic since it wasn't full body.

Lori! Congratulations on 75 pounds gone forever! You look amazing and you should be very, very proud of yourself! You are such a bright spot of everyday for me. You are dedicated, consistent and an inspiration! Keep up the great work and those last 34 pounds will melt away! Let's head to our goal finish line together!
