Thank you everyone for the great compliments.

I kind of switched plans a lot. I did low carb at the very beginning, but felt too sick to go to work and switched to calorie counting. I did that up until about 145, and then I got stuck and switched to a CKD, which helped get rid of about 7 pounds of fat and add a pound or two of muscle. I definitely got the best results when I did a lot of exercise, like daily cardio, even if it was only 20 minutes, and weight training 3 days a week.

Wow! You have a jaw dropping transformation! You look stunning. I agree 125 is too low for your height. Great job. Thanks for the motivation to keep on exercising.

Wow...you look amazing. We are the same height and I'm only 2 lbs heaver than you right now and I don't look nearly that good. My stomach is all flabby and my thighs and butt are big and saggy. What's your secret for the flat stomach? I must know!!
