I kind of switched plans a lot. I did low carb at the very beginning, but felt too sick to go to work and switched to calorie counting. I did that up until about 145, and then I got stuck and switched to a CKD, which helped get rid of about 7 pounds of fat and add a pound or two of muscle. I definitely got the best results when I did a lot of exercise, like daily cardio, even if it was only 20 minutes, and weight training 3 days a week.
