Congratulations do not seem to cover it! You look great and I know that you must feel wonderful. Out hiking!
Your upper arms look like they have handled the weight loss very well. You look great in a short sleeve shirt. I am afraid that the skin on my upper arms will hang down to my wrists.

Reason: needed more !!!!!
Well, to be completely honest...I will never wear sleeveless without major surgery, which I have no interest in getting. The skin underneath is a bit thin and crepey. However, I have done A LOT of MAJOR HEAVY LIFTING since March. Like, March - June. Full-body, not targeted, with 25-30 lb dumbbells.
If I had liposuction and skin removal today, next week my arms would look better than Linda Hamilton's in T2. However, they're never going to look like that without surgery, which I don't want.
Even with the remaining fat and extra skin, I have delt/tri/bi definition. And I am very hopeful that by the time I reach the 190s-180s, I will feel comfortable in a short-sleeved shirt, at least. Right now I only wear long or 3/4th inch sleeves, period. I was only wearing that t-shirt because we were hiking in 100 degrees.
But if I have to wear 3/4th length sleeves the rest of my life, so be it. I have worked too hard to worry about my arms. I look good in 3/4th length sleeves, they're easy to find, and I frankly don't care anymore. Another added bonus of being over 40.
WOW! (not very original, but that's what I thought when I saw your picture! I guess I'm not the only one!) You look GREAT and, from your further posting, you have an awesome attitude, too!
love those bassetts!!
Yeah, you know, frankly, once I get to 199, every pound lost from there will just be bonus. You know, icing. I must say, I started out 50% pretending to have a good attitude and 50% really having one...it gets easier. Now I'm only like 5% pretending.
