During: 186
Fast 5 for 2 weeks
1: me at 186
2 starting at 196
3 me 2 weeks on fast 5--face slimmer
Currently at 179.6 (sorry I didn't feel like cropping)
20 lbs down 196-176
This morning at 175 lbs. woohoo. It took forever to move that scale!
I can tell a big difference. I hope others can too!
