60lbs Lost in 6 months....Pictures!

    I've lost 60lbs as of this weekend since Jan 5/09. I think I'm made great progress in the time that's past. I have learned a lot, haven't been perfect but can see such huge changes in attitude, mood, energy, etc. It's going well and I hope to hit 100lb mark by Christmas. I come to this site everyday for support and motivation, thank you all for being there...it makes me feel connected to others who know how hard it can be. I hope to come back and post some more in the next 20lbs. I appreciate any comments, can you see a difference?
