OK here is the story
For the past 4 years i gained about 40 lbs. DOnt ask me how lol... looked like lbs just sticked to me. I took a pic of me around Christmas of 2006. This is what was in 2006 up to last month. 180 lbs for the last 4 years. I used to be size 10 in pants. But then shortly became size 12, then 14... then 14 became very tight one me and then i refused to let myself go get szie 16. Instead i got membership to the gym. March 22 2009 is the day I comited my life to healthy eating and daily exercise. I have lost 15 lbs. And back to size 12 again. Now Apr 24 2009 - a month later - i decided to take another photo of me and see the change.
I used to be 180.6 lbs - my started weight in March 22 2009.
I am now 165 as of today. I know the first month you lose the most, And i want to lose 1 lbs a week from now on.
BUt i cant believe how much toned i am even from this month!!!
Oh and i just realized... i had 1 more baby between BEFORE and AFTER photos. my daughter was born May 2008.
