I've just been doing lots of walking and eating healthy. I've definitely cut out most of the booze as well, which was tough.
In a couple of weeks I'm starting weight watchers with a friend of mine. Its more for the "face to face" accountability. I think it will be good to keep me motivated.
Starting weight/ Current low weight/"redline" weight
Total: 267.6 pounds.
I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
Next goal is 175: Pounds from goal = 4.2
