Im bored at work an have been feeling pretty good about myself this week so thought id post some pics of progress so far..hehe. I completed the run leg in a triathlon this past weekend with my family, and felt so great after it (during it not so much!) It was only 5 k..but thats alot for me!

Theres a lot of pictures too..!

These first few are about october 2008, the triathlon pic is a sprint tri i did just before i started losing weight.

Wow, you look amazing! My goal is to do a sprint tri this summer - it looks like a great challenge. Congrats on your weight loss and athleticism!!!

Thank you all so much for your comments, it makes me feel so good that people take the time to comment on my progress!

Tuda i did it basically by calorie counting..but not religiously. I just sort of estimated...i mean we all KNOW whats healthy, its just whether we choose to be healthy right!

EZ I seriously didnt even notice that until now..hahah!! naaughty!
