thank you! your so sweet! and My skin has been looking MUCH healthier! I tihnk it must be do to the fact I cut out most soda I'll have a diet caffeine free one maybe once a week. and I semi watch my Sodium the sodium makes me look puffy and tired... I AM looking much better already I see myself coming through...

thank you!!!! I have always worn my weight well!!!  at my lowest I was 213 lbs and looked fabulous!!! no one ever believed I weighed over 200 lbs! than kyou for the compliments! you are all sooo nice! Even for a big person Iv'e always had good self esteem- I'm comfortable in my own skin I know I'm beautiful even though I'm a big girl! I cant wait for the day to be healthy and be at my best! you all make me feel even better about myself!!

I weighed in today and found out I have lost 25.8 lbs! Its hard to see a difference in the mirror, but looking at your pics when we lost the same amount makes me realize how much smaller I must really be!! Thanks!!
