Default 30lbs lost and I couldn't even tell....until now!

I was over my friend's house (who is the picture) when I saw these photos from June. I never realized how big I was then. I weighed between 245-250lbs, possibly more. The last time I hopped on a scale was at 246, so that was my "start weight". I took the photos from her computer since there were close enough to a body shot. I usually avoided the camera at all costs.

I put on the same outfit this morning and thought "hey, this would be funny". I didn't realize how different I looked from then. It was an eye-opener. So..I felt the need to share them with you lovely ladies!
