starter full body photos (ugh)
ok, so here goes. I need to post these photos to help keep me motivated, for a reference when I'm feeling like my new hard work might not be paying off.
So this is me today: and after seeing these depression has set in, look at those love handles!
so right now Im roughly 130 ish, I'd like to get down to my typical size of 115 by mis Jan. Thing is, I have a body that reacts VERY well to exercise but for the last year I really have stopped exercising b/c of stress/jobs/school, you get the idea. I just need to get on it!
love & light to you all.

Good luck as you embark on your weight loss journey. Pictures can be a great motivator to kick start you into changing your eating and exercise habits.
Though I would consider revising your goal weight which is a wee bit low for your height. The lowest you should aim for is 121lbs which would still be a healthy BMI.

hey purple, I think you're right. I was that weight (115) until just a few years back but I think I have to come to terms that I'm a woman now, and my body has changes for that reason. I wish you the best of luck in your goals, if you ever need anyone to talk to just let me know!

I don't think you need to lose weight. If you want to look better, then tone. Do pilates, yoga, lift weights but don't "diet." Just eat well. You're at an ideal weight for your height and any lower than 121 you'd be underweight. People only need to diet when they have a lot of body fat, which you don't, and if you do diet, you could become under nourished. Just be careful, and if I were you, I'd talk to your doctor and see what he/she thinks. Your doctor might even tell you not to lose weight.

Best of luck to you!
One thing to consider trying - strength training and focusing on your body fat percentage rather than the scale. You're starting off with a great frame and if your body reacts well to exercise, as you say, you'll see unbelievable results. If you're unhappy with the love handles (I think you're nearly perfect, not picking on your handles!) working on body fat rather than mere weight loss would give you results you'd likelier be happy with.

Wow, you have an absolutely gorgeous body! If you need to lose weight or tone to feel better about yourself, then have at it. I completely understand and respect that. Just please don't get too underweight! You're beautiful!!

um...yeah, if I had your body I would be walking around naked all the time!!
Thanks for the inspiration! I'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 135, so if I can even remotely RESEMBLE what you look like now, I would die of happiness!!!
