Hello yall,

I seen this thread and wanted to show off my little min. goal. I lost 14.9 pounds with 10 to go. Funny how a few pounds can total change you. Everyone looks great Keep up being a losser....lol

I'm excited too! And I have come to recognize that celebrating the smaller losses is critical to reading the bigger losses. Too often I have obsessed with the great amount of weight that I need to lose and have despaired.

So I'm celebrating the loss of 20 pounds! I still have 50 to go but I'm going to do it in 10 pound increments instead of focusing on how far away my goal is. I will reach it a little bit at a time!
