Mini-goal photos.
Well, even though it's painful to see, i've decided to post a few pics to show where I came from, and where I'm at currently. The first three are from 2006-through November 2007. Weight at least 230 lbs. probably more (didn't weigh myself much).
Last two at current weight, about 195 lbs. Still a long way to go, but noticeably better.

Thanks walking2lose--I feel so much fitter and stronger, and I have been working out a LOT this summer, just starting to get a ton easier for me. I am trying the C25K now, and the Labor Day 5k and will keep on improving my swimming that I started also.
Julie--Thank you! No I am not over 5'7", but I have what I guess is a long "trunk". I've always wanted to be long-legged, but my legs look kinda short in comparison. Worse when they are fat, hehe! Definitely no dancer's or runner's legs!

You look beautiful! Look at you with a flower behind your ear, hot mama! I hope you were somewhere tropical with one cabana boy fanning you with a big leaf and another feeding you grapes one by one.

Julie99--Thank you!!
mamaspank: Well, I was someplace tropical--on Kauai, but no hot cabana boy, just my DH who actually is pretty hot still even at 45. His idea to put a flower in my hair for those pics. Thanks for the compliments!

Thank You, Lexi! I think that probably is the tan I was accumulating, but I like to think I look a lot happier as well!!

Thanks, Xeno!
Sunshower: I love your mantra, or motivational quote, or what ever it is. Did you make that up? It's great! I'm putting it on my sticky of inspiration I keep open on my computer under all the windows, so I can easily look at it when I need a push.
Banana: I like yours also--I have already posted that one on my sticky as well--it's so true!!
