Today I met the 20 lb mark, all thanks to my hard work and the support and encouragement from 3FC, I have been with 3FC since I started loosing and it is an excellent tool for me. Thanks 3FC for SO MANY REASONS, remember when I was worried about my first lb or two!?!? LOL, that was almost a year ago, and look at me now. You all ROCK!
