Your whole face is a little thinner all over. That's a lot harder to pick out where it is as it's proportionally the same. I can especially see the difference in your chin and lower cheeks. Great progress!

There is a big difference between those two pictures; congrats! I think your features are more refined and DEfined in the second picture.
