Like everyone else said - 30 lbs makes a big difference in your body shape. So besides the change in diet, are you also working out? If so, what are you doing?

Inquiring minds want to know!! Thanks!!

Talking

Wow... thank you all so much for your responses!! I'm absolutely humbled! In fact when I need a boost, I come back here to read all of the wonderful comments and it kicks me in the butt. I really love this site and love all the people on it. I'm so glad to have finally found this kind of support. It actually makes me cry sometimes because I feel so blessed to have found this place and all you people! Even though none of us have ever met - I still consider you all close friends.

As for the question about what I do.... the main thing is the eating. I'm on Weight Watchers and I LOVE it. I never feel deprived... not even at Thanksgiving! It's amazing!!

As far as exercise... the hubby and I used to walk 3 miles 5 days a week, but that has come to a halt since we moved. I haven't done any exercise (other than the BINGO challenge on The Biggest Loser forum) for the past 3 weeks or so. I'm going to join my husbands gym as soon as I can. Luckily he knows what he's doing and has trained me on the weights machines before. And it doesn't take more than 15-20 minutes at a gym on weights to be able to do a lot of good! I love the big exercise balls, those are great (especially for your tummy muscles). I also chase a 2 and 1 year old around all day

Wow, that's some encouragement. I'm a bit heavier than your start weight, but it never occurred to me that 30lbs could make such a difference when you're over 200, but boy does it!

I have come back to this post several times today.

What an incredible difference you've made in your life. One day at a time. One pound at a time. One choice at a time.

Thank you for sharing here and inspiring all of us.

Best wishes for your continued journey.
