Boy I had to search high and low to FIND a before picture.
Photo #1 is actually before this particular journey, around 184 lbs. I am NOT pregnant in this photo Photo #2 is shortly before I started this time...hard to see me behind the cute kids...probably 175 or so Photo #3 is December..159 lbs Photo #4 is April...136 lbs I dont have a recent one and this link wont last forever but this is me at the END of my July 4th half marathon :http://www.backprint.com/view_user_p...222277&tabID=1 |

I so loved this site. Your chicks are great. Thanks for sharing your pics. They are encouraging to me because I am facing more and more serious health issues if I don't get the weight off. I decided to make another attempt. Currently I am at 234, my highest weight ever at 5'3, I am so disgusted with the way I have allowed myself go out of control now it is scary fighting this fight, wondering can I do it, will I win. The fight really is against my self distructive desires and behaviors. Overeating, late night eating, wrong food choices etc. the list goes on and on.
Seeing your pictures gave me another day of encouragement. Thanks Godsbabygal:angel: |
