Default Lost 3 stone (42lb) so far!
Granted I'm less than half way to goal, but, my goodness, I'm feeling a helluvalot better about myself already! Here are my before and current pictures:



Late 2007, weighing 240lb or perhaps more, prior to starting low carb.



Last week, having lost 3 stone (42lb/18kilos) since January 7th.

Hopefully I'll be down at least 5 stone by Christmas - cannot WAIT to see my parents' faces when I fly back to the UK! (I've not told them I'm doing this.)
