Thank you everyone. When I looked at the pictures I was absolutely amazed.
I don’t really have a “secret” to weight loss. I am a calorie counter, but I try to minimize sugar (except what is naturally in fruit), I try and keep my fat intake very low (I aim for below 20 g a day), and I do not drink my calories (no juice or regular pop). Otherwise I just try and eat seasonably lots fruit and veggies, lean proteins, low fat cheese, ect.
