60 lbs later: my journey begins
 

Hi all, I have been lurking on several groups here for the last six months as I started my weight loss journey. I am ready to share some pictures to help motivate others and to make it all real for myself!

Clockwise from top Left: [1] candid shot taken at a dinner after six months of weight loss, about 185 lbs (I'm 5'10'') wearing a Large Jcrew sweater and size ten DKNY jeans; [2] taken to show off my new skirt from banana republic, size 16; [3] as a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding just before I began the program in September, wearing size 20w gown at 250 lbs [4] other before shot, late August, also 250 lbs, wearing 2X sweater.

I am so grateful to all of the 3fatchicks forums for the knowledge I have developed here and for continuing inspiration! I hope y'all get a kick out of these pics :)

I would like to see your pictures. Do you have them posted somewhere because there is no attatchment with your above note.
I love to look at everyone's before and after pictures! They are a big help for motivation!

Wow you Look Great!! How did you lose the weight?? Any specific diet plan?? Thanks for sharing your before and after pictures!! I've been lurking around in mini goal section tonight trying to find inspiration. I'm starting a new diet tomorrow, and seeing other's success makes me want to lose weight so much more!! It's really nice to see how happy everyone is after losing a lot of weight!! You Look great, keep up the good work!!
