canadagirl- I'm not following a plan, I try and eat 5-7 veggies a day, 2-4 fruits, 2-3 servings of lean meats and whole grains, like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, steel cut oats. I drink at least 138 oz of water a day, and try to walk a few miles 3-4 times a week.
Goal 1: 214 lbs. Met!! Goal 2: 197 lbs. Met!! Goal 3: Keep getting healthy in 2013
