Default 50 lbs gone!

So, just over half-way there. It's really hard for me to see the overall weight loss, but if I pick out areas, I can definitely see it. Still a LONG way to go, but this is one **** of a start!!

Yanno what else I've noticed. I smile alot more for pictures than I use to. I knew if I gave a true smile, I would have that double/triple/quad chin and neck wrap around my face and neck and make it look worse, so I tried to look happy but not smily. Now, there's still some there, but nowhere near as much.

Thanks so much ladies!

canadagirl- I'm not following a plan, I try and eat 5-7 veggies a day, 2-4 fruits, 2-3 servings of lean meats and whole grains, like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, steel cut oats. I drink at least 138 oz of water a day, and try to walk a few miles 3-4 times a week.

You are a beautiful girl, you have to be on cloud 9. That is such an awesome feeling. BTW, i LOVE your quote by Art Williams. Good job. It is so good to hear that you can lose weight even if you dont count every single calorie that goes in your mouth. I am the same height as you, with about the same weight to lose as you, so it is really inspirational to see you making it and getting on down to onederland. WTG.
