I'm your hieght and I was always my most comfortable at 137-140 so I know what you mean about thinking you'll stay where you are now.
You look fabulous......those baby blues just jump out at the world now, Wonderful!! Quiting smoking and losing weight is a huge accomplishment....now enjoy the backpacking!!! Congratulations on a couple jobs well done!
Wow! What a huge difference. Can I ask how you lost the weight? I am at 153 and I just know I am going to have a tough time once I hit my 140s. Also, how tall are you? You just look really healthy and are an inspiration to the chicks. Pish on anyone who thinks you didn't have to work hard to lose your weight just because you had less to lose. It's so hard once you start getting close to your goal and you are only four pounds away. SO cool!
