JenB72 - it was contagious, carried that song with me all day yesterday!!!

Ugh. I am considering adding an additional HNS to my day. Right now I have one with B and L, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. By right about now (0930 AM), I am STARVING and counting down the minutes until lunch (which isn't until noon). I tried just moving one HNS from afternoon to AM yesterday and was so hungry by 3 that I had some yogurt and almonds (but proud of myself for not grabbing something less healthy). I am working out every morning, so I don't think the extra 70-100 calories will throw me off too much. Is anyone else working out and STARVING? I am starting my experiment today....and I am off to make a HNS

I just had an interesting call from my doctor's office. I am way way way low on my Vitamin D. I'm being put on a prescription Vitamin D supplement. One pill once a week for 8 weeks. Then I can go OTC after they check my blood levels again. Thyroid, Cholesterol, everything else was great. Just the Vitamin D issue.
