Default Meal Shakes

Hi ladies...I am looking for creative recipes for the meal replacement shakes for the times when we do "Meta Quick." Just chocolate or vanilla can get boring, so didn't know if anyone had some tips to make them different and creative using extracts and maybe fresh fruits? Not wanting to add to the calories of the actual shake Help!!

Wish I could find that page of Shake recipes I used to have- I'll keep looking.
Here's a few I make to keep things interesting

Chocolate shake w Diet Dr Pepper. Tastes like a Choc float

Vanilla shake w diet orange- tastes like a dreamcicle

Choc shake w PB2 powder. - Peanut butter choc shake

Choc or Vanilla shake w coffee. Mocha shake

Choc w coconut extract and sugar substitute. Almond Joy!

Vanilla or Choc w frozen berries

I use the Oster Blender which has a sport bottle top- I add ice for the shakes unless I'm using frozen berries

Tamikl..

If I find my list I will post it for you.. I had one. Finding it is something else.

May I ask when you do your shakes, for example if you do a morning and afternoon and a meal at night, do you also do your HNS, or have you stopped the HNS..

Thanks
Patzi

Default Meta Quick

For some reason, my center does not have the Meta Quick instruction sheet anymore and I could not find mine from 2 years ago. Can anyone share?

Sorry!

I think if I remember correctly it's 3 replacement shakes or bars a day and you still Drink your 3-4 HNS clear drinks.

just pulled out my copy of Meta-Quick Menu (2011 version) and it says breakfast and lunch: 1 HNS (clear or creamy) & 1 Meal replacement bar or 1 MRC Meal replacement shake
Dinner: 4oz protein (from list) 1 serving of veggies (4oz cooked or 8 oz raw) and 1 slice of 40 cal bread or melba toast
Your only suppose to do this up to 7 days a month. Hope that helps

I usually do the shakes for lunch I do HNS occasionally, but not as a routine like when I was doing the program.
