MRC-6, CortiTrim and Kryll or something???

I ran out of my Kryll, but still have MRC-6.

Metabolic DOES get really expensive. I didn't buy in to everything they were trying to sell, and I did lose.

I'm trying to research, and figure what I should be taking now. I'm trying to keep my life simple, though, and not spend too much energy on the wrong thing.

To be honest the first 3 months i used to them and then when my car broke down and i stop using them i still saw the same difference.

I have lost my weight on this program twice and am starting over now. I never used the supplements and always lost easily. I just need to keep it off!

I never used the supplements and lost weight just following the program. They kept pushing them though and the funny thing is I was determined to show them I didn't need them so made sure I stayed on track and show a loss each week

I only ever used HNS and never had any problem at all losing.
